Storage

Corporate Group has 85,000 sq. ft of warehouse space available. This includes forward stock locations around the British Isles. All our facilities are equipped with forklifts. Stock can be stored on racking or be free standing depending on individual requirements.

Distribution

Corporate Group have developed a number of close partnerships with leading national and international courier services. We are able to arrange deliveries and collections using the service most appropriate. Corporate Group offer a full range of next day, next day timed, same day and international delivery and collection options. In addition, rather than having the headache of managing these jobs yourself, by choosing to utilise SMART, Corporate Group will take responsibility for monitoring them, which frees your managers and staff to focus on building your business.

At present Corporate Group employ a variety of distribution models, each designed specifically around our client’s requirements. All the time progress and movements can be monitored through SMART.

Help Desk

Customer service, technical support or sales? Corporate Group have experience in supplying a wide range of help desk products. Our Enigma site has the capacity to include a 40 seat help desk if required. Our other sites are suited to smaller help desk facilities.

Repair and Refurbishment

Although Corporate Group offer a full repair and refurbishment service, most companies prefer to employ a specialist contractor for this work. Why not integrate distribution and storage with the repair function? This reduces turn around time of stock and offers significant cost savings. Stock control, and most importantly accountability, stays with one provider.

Where specialist repair or refurbishment is called for we can still provide a valuable service by complimenting existing arrangements. Our customers have found our services invaluable in this area. Not all your stock items will need costly specialist treatment. Stock items that need only minor repair or refurbishment can be identified during the returns process. By allowing Corporate Group to intervene, the stock can be put back into reuse much more quickly and at a lower cost.

Fulfillment

Pick and pack or reworking, once the stock is ready it can be dispatched to its destination.

Secure Storage and Retrieval

By utilising SMART not only will your valuable and sensitive items be kept safe but they can be retrieved and returned to you the same day. Requests can be made and confirmed online. If hard copies are not essential then your documents can be scanned and made available online if this fits your business requirements.
